Reviews & Testing

We have been on the other end of the table,  getting our policies, procedures and controls tested and receiving a list of recommendations. Sometimes those recommendations make sense, other times it seems like the recommendation is there just so the auditor can have something to say.

At The Regulation Factory, we won't call ourselves auditors. It's a scary word. We would rather call ourselves experts who will review and test your controls, then work with you to advise on the next steps to make your program better. 'Better' may mean a tightening of your controls, or it could mean making things more efficient so that your business can flourish. Either way, we are there to help you.
