This Privacy Policy does not cover interactions between The Regulation Factory Limited and its clients through direct engagements. These engagements will include a Non-Disclosure Agreement, agreed to between Us and the client. This Non-Disclosure Agreement will supersede this Privacy Policy and cover intellectual property, individual privacy and any other elements agreed to by both parties.

2. The Information we collect about you and why

The Regulation factory will only collect information from you for general business purposes, such as to contact you or send you information about our company. This information includes your name, your business email address, employer, and phone number. While this information is normally included under an exclusion within PIPEDA, we acknowledge that sometimes in our request for business contact information, we may instead receive personal contact information. We want you to know that we safeguard both sets of information equally and treat them the same, as per this policy.

The Regulation Factory may sometimes use the services of contracted employees to serve you better. While they are not direct employees of The Regulation Factory, they are contracted to abide by Our same Privacy Policy.
